PARTICIPANT RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS! In consideration of the spiritual, religious, educational, and other benefits to be derived from participation in the 2026 FIND Dove Hunt (“Dove Hunt”), this Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Release”) executed on this [date] by the person whose signature and the name is ascribed to this document, whether handwritten, typed, or digital, to this document (“Participant”), is given in favor of FIND, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, along with its directors, officers, employees, members, managers, agents, affiliates, representatives, and volunteers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “FIND”). Definitions: “Activities” include all activities at a Dove Hunt and shall include, but not limited to, bicycle riding, mountain bike riding, trail running, hiking, running or riding, swimming in pools, lakes, or other bodies of water whether natural or manmade, boating, floating, paddle boarding, rope courses, zip lines, horseback riding, skeet shooting, archery, fire pits and grills, excursions, transportation in any motor or engine powered vehicle or any other vehicle regardless of the mode of power or propulsion, training, classes, instruction, traveling to, from and within the premises upon which the Dove Hunt is held, all other activities associated with the Dove Hunt. “Risks” shall include, without limitation, vehicular traffic, road and trail conditions, health and environmental conditions (including without limitation disease, virus, COVID-19, pandemics, infectious disease, infection, and wild, domestic, or farm animals), weather, equipment failure, driver error, rider error, Participant error, food provided, facilities, actions of other people, and the actions, negligence, and carelessness of FIND. Waiver and Release of Liability: Participant, for myself and for Participant's child/children, heirs, administrators, assigns, executors, legal representatives, beneficiaries and agents and all persons claiming by, through, or under Participant, hereby waives, releases and agrees to forever indemnify and hold harmless FIND for any and all claims, causes of action, losses, or liabilities of any nature that may arise as a result from participation in the Dove Hunt and Activities. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims for arising out of, related to, or in any way associated with the Dove Hunt, Activities, Risks, property damage, illness, bodily injury, personal injury, and/or death, even if such damage, illness, injury or death is caused by FIND or any other person or entity involved with, related to, or otherwise associated with FIND or the Dove Hunt. Further, I acknowledge and understand FIND assumes no responsibility and has no obligation, to provide financial or other assistance including, but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance in the event of property damage, illness, bodily injury, personal injury, or death. Assumption of Risk: Participant acknowledges that by attending, participating in, or being present at the Dove Hunt, said participation and Activities may be hazardous to me. I understand those Activities I further acknowledge and understand that some situations may involve, and likely will involve, inherently dangerous activities, regardless of whether the activity is specifically defined above. Participant, individually and on behalf of Participant's child/children, heirs, administrators, assigns, executors, legal representatives, beneficiaries and agents and all persons claiming by, through, or under Participant, assumes any and all risks of injury or harm, including death, and release and hold harmless FIND from all liability for property damage, illness, bodily injury, personal injury, and/or death resulting from the activities engaged in while attending the Dove Hunt. Covenant Not to Sue: Participant, individually and on behalf of Participant's child/children, heirs, administrators, assigns, executors, legal representatives, beneficiaries and agents, and all persons claiming by, through, or under Participant, specifically agrees that Participant will not initiate any claim, lawsuit, court action or other legal proceeding or demand against FIND, nor join or assist in the prosecution of any claim for money or other damages which anyone may have, on account of injuries (including death), losses or damages sustained by me, other parties or my (or others') property in connection with Participants attendance and participation in the Dove Hunt and Activities, and Participant waives any right Participant may have to do so. This means that Participant, Participant's child/children, heirs, administrators, assigns, executors, legal representatives, beneficiaries and agents and all persons claiming by, through, or under Participant, cannot sue to hold FIND responsible for any injury (including death), loss or damage sustained by Participant, other parties or Participant's (or others') property in connection with the Dove Hunt and Activities, even if it is due to the negligence, injudicious act, omission or another fault of FIND. Participant further waives Participant's insurers' right to make a claim against FIND based on payments by insurers to Participant or on Participant behalf for any reason. This means Participant's insurers have no rights of subrogation against FIND. Insurance: Participant acknowledges that FIND does not maintain, carry or provide property, health, medical or disability insurance coverage for Participant, and further acknowledges that FIND expressly disclaims responsibility for providing property, health, medical, or disability insurance coverage for participation in the Dove Hunt, Activities, and other events associated with, surrounding, arising out of, or otherwise related to the Activities and Dove Hunt. Insurance Requirements: FIND EXPECTS AND ENCOURAGES PARTICIPANT TO CARRY BOTH LIABILITY AND MEDICAL/HEALTH INSURANCE PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION IN THE DOVE HUNT, ACTIVITIES, AND OTHER EVENTS ASSOCIATED WITH, SURROUNDING, ARISING OUT OF, OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES AND DOVE HUNT. Medical Treatment: Should Participant require any medical treatment, medical services, or first-aid treatment while participating in the Dove Hunt, Activities, and other events associated with, surrounding, arising out of, or otherwise related to the Activities and Dove Hunt, Participant, individually and on behalf of Participant's child/children, heirs, administrators, assigns, executors, legal representatives, beneficiaries and agents and all persons claiming by, through, or under Participant, agrees to forever release, discharge and indemnify FIND from any claim whatsoever which arises as a result of said medical or first-aid treatment. Participant further agrees to provide any and all medical history if emergency medical treatment is required. Photographic Release: Participant grants and conveys unto FIND all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by FIND while attending the Dove Hunt. FIND will have the right to freely reproduce, publish and/or circulate any photographic images and video or audio recordings at their sole discretion. Participant acknowledges that Participant will not be entitled to any compensation, including, but not limited to any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. Current Health: Participant acknowledges that they have no known physical or mental conditions that would impair their capability to fully participate as intended or expected by FIND. Participant shall disclose any medical or psychological conditions to FIND prior to attending the Dove Hunt and participating in the Activities. FIND retains the right to disqualify any Participant at any time if they deem the Participant mentally or physically incapable of participating, continuing, or completing any Activities. General Health & Wellness: Participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by guidance and directives provided by State, National & Federal departments/agencies, and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), pertaining to maintaining the health and safety of all during natural disasters, unexpected crises, and national pandemics. PARTICIPANT HAS READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER (INCLUDING THE COVENANTS AND AGREEMENTS SET FORTH ABOVE), FULLY UNDERSTANDS ALL THE TERMS, UNDERSTANDS THAT PARTICIPANT IS VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING BELOW, AND HAS SIGNED THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY NATURE BEING MADE TO PARTICIPANT. PARTICIPANT HEREBY WARRANTS THE TRUTH OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS AND PARTICIPANT DECLARES THAT PARTICIPANT HAS NOT WITHHELD ANY INFORMATION THAT WOULD INFLUENCE THE DECISION OF FIND IN ALLOWING PARTICIPANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES AND DOVE HUNT.

Lonestar Premier Outdoors Indemnity Agreement THIS AGREEMENT RELIEVES THE NAMED PERSONS AND ENTITIES IN ADVANCE FOR: LIABILITY FOR PREMISES LIABILITIES AND NEGLIGENCE, PHOTO RELEASE AND BREACHOF CONTRACT. NOTICE: The activities being conducted with Lonestar Premier Outdoors involve some degree of risk to the participants and spectators. Although reasonable steps have and are being taken to prevent injuries to the Participants and the spectator, do not participate if you are unwilling to assume such risk. WARNING: All participants and spectators must follow instructions and rules. FAILURE to do so could cause injury or even worse, death. Therefore, not abiding by the instructions and rules will result in participant/spectator leaving the premises. RULES TO BE FOLLOWED BELOW: 1. NO HUNTING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, EITHER LEGAL OR ILLEGAL. 2. NO LOADED GUNS IN THE CAMP OR PAVILION OR COMMON AREAS OR OTHER DESIGNATED AREAS. 3. ALL HUNTERS WILL ABIDE BY THE STATE LAWS AND TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE LAWS. 4. ALL HUNTERS WILL TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS AND THEMSELVES. 5. DO NOT MOVE MORE THAN 50 YARDS FROM DESIGNATED HUNTING AREA. 6. BREEDING PENS FOR WHITETAIL DEER ARE STRICTLY OFF LIMITS. 7. ANIMALS WILL BE SPOOKED IF APPROACHED AND MAY CAUSE INJURY TO THEMSELVES OR WORKERS. DO NOT APPROACH. 8. IT IS BETTER TO ASK THAN ASSUME ANYTHING. Having been given the instructions and warnings and having investigated for myself and my party the risks and potential dangers associated with these activities, and in consideration for the limited license for participation and entry on the premises, I hereby release Lonestar Premier Outdoors, and all whom it employs; including the property owner and all other employees of the owner (collectively referred to as “owner” including the Rutter Family, the Wildman Family, the Strub Family, Cibolo South LLC, Pfanstiel Family, Benk Family, Henk Family, Beck Family, Moreno Family, The Westin Foundation, The Haggard Company, Shawn and Judy Moreno, The Hoffman Development, Native American Contracting LLC, Stanley Boyle, and Stosh Boyle) from any liability for any bodily injury, personal injury or property damage or, for any other form of damages that might arise from the use of the property; participation of any activities at the ranch. THIS RELEASE EXPRESSLY INCLUDES CLAIMS THAT ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES, PAST OR FUTURE, ACCRUED OR YET TO ACCRUE, WERE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “OWNERS”, AND ANY OTHER OFFICER, EMPLOYEE OR VOLUNTEER. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the “owner” from any and all debts, expenses, claims, injuries or damages, as well as any and all claims, demands or causes of action, including claims for contribution or indemnity, and the reasonable and necessary costs (including reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees), incurred in the defense of any such claim, whether for personal injury or property damage, or any other form of damages that might arise, INCLUDING CLAIMS ALLEGING THAT THE INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ME OR ANY MEMBER OF MY PARTY, INCLUDING MINOR CHILDREN, WERE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “OWNER” AND ANY OTHER OFFICER, EMPLOYEE OR VOLUNTEER. This entire agreement shall be binding on my heirs, administrators, successors and assigns. I certify and acknowledge that I have read and understand the contents of this agreement. I understand and accept the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge this agreement. It shall be effective and binding upon us during the entire period of participation in the activities on the premises. As used in this release, the terms I, my person and myself, include minors listed here in my care while on the leased premises. HARVESTING OF GAME: Outfitter makes no warranties, whatsoever, that I and/or my party will be successful in harvesting any game animals on the hunt; as there are many variables beyond outfitters and guides control. I agree that “owner” has not made any promises or warranties as to amounts or size or location of game to be hunted or that said game will be harvested. I further understand and agree that game and hunting are always affected by factors such as weather conditions, changing migratory and breeding patterns, forage, hunter’s skills and others. PHOTO RELEASE: I agree to allow Lonestar Premier Outdoors unconditional use and reproduction without cost of all photographs of myself, the minors in my company and the harvested game. RE-HUNT POLICY: All hunts are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. All deposits and prepayments are rain or shine payments. Credit will be applied toward future hunts in the same calendar year payment is issued. Once a deposit/full payment is issued for a hunt, the full non-refundable balance will be collected for the hunt(s). If a hunter misses the hunt or has to cancel for any reason, the hunt credit must be rescheduled and hunted in the same calendar season. Though Lonestar Premier Outdoors prides itself on providing excellent hunting experiences, the majority of bird hunting is dependent upon migratory birds’ activity out of LPO’s control. All sales are final and no refunds. LAWS: Further, I agree that I have obtained copies of all appropriate local, state and federal game laws, fully understand those laws and agree to abide by all such laws. If any portion of this contract shall be found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, then the remainder of the contract shall remain in force and effect, the same as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had not been included. It is specifically agreed that my rights here under shall be automatically terminated without right to refund of any portion of consideration paid by myself in the event I or my responsible party breach any of the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any action brought by either party pursuant to this contract, whether an action in tort or in contract, shall be brought in Guadalupe County, Texas, and both parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in such.
